A super affordable store very close to the train station

The takoyaki shop has been running for about 10 years, and it’s operated by a single owner, an elderly woman.
The shop is located within a 1-minute walk from Sumizome Station and stands out, emitting a nostalgic atmosphere.
The elderly woman is generous and provided excellent service!
The prices are incredibly affordable, with 8 pieces for 200 yen, 15 pieces for 300 yen, and 24 pieces for 500 yen!
This is the second cheapest in Kyoto
While each piece of takoyaki is slightly smaller, the prices are also incredibly low
It’s recommended for students and children
Even though it’s extremely affordable, it includes octopus and cabbage, and the taste is so delicious that you can’t help but express it with a “delicious” as it touches your lips.
It’s definitely one of the shopsto visit with opportunity!
Thoughts and Feelings about Takoyaki
The passion to deliver delicious and affordable takoyaki has been embraced by students, homemakers, and the local community.
The shop owner expressed that they enjoy chatting with the local people, and she has a desire to continue running the shop as long as her health allows.
The service-oriented approach is noticeable and there is a clear commitment to cherishing relationships with customers.
Lastly

This shop was started due to the influence of the elderly woman’s uncle, who ran a takoyaki shop around 40 to 50 years ago.
It’s concerning that there may not be anyone to succeed the business, but it’s likely that a takoyaki shop with a better cost-performance ratio than this one will not emerge in the future of the Reiwa era!
I highly recommend everyone to visit
