Atmosphere of the store
The atmosphere inside the store is incredibly homely, giving me the impression that it’s a takoyaki shop beloved by the locals.
This shop originally was a sushi restaurant, and the takoyaki shop opened just 2 months ago.
The takoyaki shop is bustling with a large number of customers, and there were enjoyable scenes of customers participating in making takoyaki.
The owner was a former English teacher and it is used as a place for junior high school students to study.
Not just a regular takoyaki shop but a ‘community hub’ where the local community has a family-like connection. The warm atmosphere scaled throughout the store.

Sushi restaurant’s unique takoyaki!?
The reason the owner started a takoyaki shop at ‘SUSHI BAR Yasaka’ was because they believed they could offer tastier takoyaki than the nearby takoyaki shops.
They want to offer the ‘authentic taste’ that chain stores don’t provide. By utilizing knowledge from sushi, they added secret ingredients, squid instead of octopus in takoyaki, creating a unique flavor.
The impression was that their commitment to taste and confidence is stronger than anywhere else.
Furthermore, it’s not just about the taste. The owner expressed a desire for visitors to have an enjoyable time when they come here. The conversations with the friendly owner were indeed delightful!
Reasonably Priced, making it a recommendable option for students
Summary
I’ve summarized ‘SUSHI BAR Yasaka’ near Neyagawa-shi Station.
When I tried the takoyaki myself, the broth flavor stood out, and it was so delicious that I felt sauce was unnecessary.
I also tried sushi and ramen, which both had an authentic flavor which was satisfying.
There’s a strong commitment to flavor and you can experience a unique ‘authentic taste’ that you can’t find anywhere else
Why not visit and experience it for yourself?/p>
